Born into a military family, I had the chance to experience many different cultures and places during my lifetime, creating an open attitude towards arts. I began to discover how motion and the lights draw you into a photo. With a passion for capturing the light of a moment, I can share that moment. 

I began my photography studies in 7th grade, 1967 in an elective course in junior high.  After a military and computer along with volunteer everything, I discovered that the military had left a mark on me in the form of PTSD.  The Veterans Administration enrolled me as a Chapter 31 student and I embarked on a career in photography in 2012. I graduated in 2014 and through this happy accident or another, the great mentors at Trident Technical College, and nothing but pure luck since then, I have been honored to have had my works shared in Southern Living magazine, motorcycle publications, civic hospitality and tour organizations in St. Augustine, FL, Savannah GA,, Charleston, SC, as well as various local websites and publications.    

I developed a love for night photography and the ways that I can present what the mind does not slow down enough for the eye to enjoy.  I discovered the ways that I can present water and stop it long enough to repaint the silken wisps of water vapor. 

I then met a wonderful lady name of Pam and began sharing not just our lives, but our travels together,   Pam became an avid photographer and loves to share her art on here as well.
